Where We Ship

Available shipping destinations and services are displayed at checkout. If we cannot deliver to your address, a shipping option may not be offered.

Order Processing

We normally prepare and dispatch orders within 3–8 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is the period before dispatch; it does not include carrier transit time.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping transit depends on your delivery destination, the carrier, and the service selected. Shipping rates and any available delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment. Carrier estimates may change due to circumstances outside our control.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated timeframe, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges and any qualifying promotional offers are shown at checkout. Free shipping, when offered, applies only to orders that meet the conditions displayed at purchase.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details are provided after shipment.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, email support@felinaforge.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us review damage. We will work with you on an appropriate remedy, including any rights you have under applicable law.
