We want you to shop with confidence at FelinaForge. The following policy applies to voluntary returns, without limiting any rights provided by law.
30-Day Returns
You may request a standard return within 30 days after delivery for eligible products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all originally included parts and accessories.
For PurrSignal, both the primary litter packaging and the separately sealed indicator packet must remain unopened to qualify for a standard change-of-mind return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, email us at support@felinaforge.com. Include your order number, a description, and photos if available. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate refund, replacement, or other remedy as applicable. These concerns are not restricted by the unused-and-unopened condition for ordinary change-of-mind returns.
How to Request a Return
- Contact support@felinaforge.com within 30 days after delivery, with your order number and return reason.
- We will review your request and provide the correct return address and instructions.
- Do not send an item to an unconfirmed address.
Return Shipping Costs
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, contact us before shipping the item. We will explain the applicable return shipping arrangements and any customer-paid return shipping costs before the return is sent. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping and remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds
After an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order. We will tell you whether it can be stopped before dispatch and explain any applicable refund or return options.
